    該機變頻調(diào)速進料適用于不同尺寸和厚度的平板石材直邊和45度負角磨削，粗精磨拋光一次完成。當進行平接時，必須先將接駁面用鑼直，對接無縫方可進行接駁，另接駁前必須先小試膠水顏色，顏色沒問題后方可進行大接。拋光后的平面接近于石材母體的光潔程度，調(diào)整不同加工厚度時，可參考前梁上數(shù)顯表進行調(diào)整，具有結(jié)構(gòu)先進，操作方便，同一厚度可連續(xù)工等優(yōu)點，是石材深加工必備的加工設(shè)備。

1、石材磨邊機使用前應(yīng)檢查電源電壓應(yīng)在額定值的10％以內(nèi)，接通電源前，開關(guān)應(yīng)處于斷開狀態(tài)。

2、使用石材磨邊機前仔細檢查，切割片是否有裂紋或損傷，如有請立即更換。

3、檢查切片進入工作狀態(tài)，不摩擦底版后才能開始切割作業(yè)。

4、工作進給要求平穩(wěn)不得用力過猛，如鋸片轉(zhuǎn)速急劇下降時應(yīng)減少進給力，以防止過載損壞機器。

5、嚴禁拆除防護罩進行切割。

6、鋸片冷卻水源為自來水，使用前將水管接通自來水龍頭，出水量合適為宜。
