汽車行業(yè)的沖壓。以拉深為主。在我國這部份主要集中在汽車廠、拖拉機廠、飛機制造廠等大廠，獨立的大型沖壓拉深廠還未幾見。

手鋸加工方法

扁鋼的鋸削：在扁鋼鋸口處劃一周圈線，分別從寬面的兩端鋸下，兩鋸縫將要結(jié)接時，輕輕敲擊使之?dāng)嗔逊蛛x。這樣鋸削，而且能較好地防止鋸齒崩缺。反之若從窄面下鋸，非但不經(jīng)濟(jì)，而且只有很少的鋸齒與工件接觸，工件越薄，鋸齒越容易被工件的棱邊鉤住而折斷。

將閉合的模具放置于雎力機工作臺或墊板上適當(dāng)位置，如果使用氣墊，先要放好頂桿，并標(biāo)記好模具的擺放位置。

手動扳動沖壓機床飛輪（或操縱點動按鈕），使機床上滑塊下行并停于下死點位置。

Place the closed mould on the bench or pad of the mandrel machine. If the air cushion is used, the ejector pin should be placed first and the placement of the mould should be marked.

Manually pull the flywheel of the stamping machine (or  the moving button), so that the slider on the machine tool will be downhill and stop at the bottom dead center.
