混流泵

混流泵，兼有離心泵和軸流泵優(yōu)點(diǎn)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，區(qū)寬，使用方便，適用于平原圩區(qū)農(nóng)田排灌泵站。磁懸浮潛水電泵是新一代潛水電泵，它實(shí)現(xiàn)了立軸磁懸浮(在不同工況下保持高效率)、不磨損，使用時(shí)間及檢修周期延長(zhǎng)數(shù)倍，省去頻繁的定期檢修工作，可連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)萬(wàn)小時(shí)，節(jié)省維修、檢修費(fèi)用。中國(guó)研制的混流泵中，蝸殼式的揚(yáng)程5～12m，流量900～4000m3/h；導(dǎo)葉式的揚(yáng)程 3～25.7m，流量45～20160m3/h。葉輪直徑5.7m，流量80～100m3/s，揚(yáng)程 6～12m，轉(zhuǎn)速75r/min， 效率92.1％，配套功率7000kW,是世界上投入運(yùn)行的大型混流泵之一。

      混流泵是國(guó)際泵行業(yè)的技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)重點(diǎn)之一。它將部分代替離心泵和軸流泵工作。在日本、蘇聯(lián)、澳大利亞等國(guó)，混流泵的效率都達(dá)到或超過(guò)90％。

無(wú)法啟動(dòng)

首先應(yīng)檢查電源供電情況：接頭連接是否牢靠；開(kāi)關(guān)接觸是否緊密；保險(xiǎn)絲是否熔斷；三相供電的是否缺相等。3、當(dāng)水泵底閥漏水時(shí)，有些人會(huì)用干土填入到水泵進(jìn)口管里，用水沖到底閥處，這樣的做法實(shí)在不可取。如有斷路、接觸不良、保險(xiǎn)絲熔斷、缺相，應(yīng)查明原因并及時(shí)進(jìn)行修復(fù)。其次檢查是否是水泵自身的機(jī)械故障，常見(jiàn)的原因有：填料太緊或葉輪與泵體之間被雜物卡住而堵塞；泵軸、軸承、減漏環(huán)銹?。槐幂S嚴(yán)重彎曲等。排除方法：放松填料，疏通引水槽；拆開(kāi)泵體清除雜物、除銹；拆下泵軸校正或更換新的泵軸。
