預焙燒陽極碳塊車間起重機，共計5大部分組成：

1、橋架，主要承載小車及電氣設備等。

2、小車，主要由運行機構、雙夾鉗機構、夾鉗起升機構、吸料機構、卸料機構、司機室、除塵系統(tǒng)等部分組成。

3、副起升機構。

4、大車運行機構。

5、電氣控制系統(tǒng)。

該機的主要用途是用小車上雙夾鉗將鏈式輸送機上的生碳塊夾取后裝入焙燒爐坑內(nèi)，再用卸料管將料倉中的填充料填八爐坑內(nèi)。當碳塊在爐坑中焙燒合格后，再用吸料管將爐內(nèi)的填充料吸出，再利用夾鉗將爐坑內(nèi)熱碳塊搬運到鏈式輸送機上，將碳塊運到規(guī)定地點。

本起重機帶有可旋轉掛梁，適用于鋼廠、堆場和倉儲等室內(nèi)或露天的固定跨間，裝卸及搬運鋼板、型鋼、盤卷等物料。特別適用于吊運不同規(guī)格且需水平旋轉的場合。單梁起重機作為大型、重型特種設備，當遇到緊迫狀況也不能急剎車，因為單梁起重機在作業(yè)進程中具有很大的慣性，假如在正常作業(yè)途中急剎車的話，很簡略使整個設備瞬間發(fā)作很大的扭矩，然后對部件構成嚴峻損壞，比方起重機翻滾軸扭斷、車體扭斜變形等。掛梁下可以攜帶電磁吸盤、夾鉗等吊具。      注：   1、進入司機室的走臺方式分為：端入、側入、頂入。   2、起重量包含掛梁及吊具自重；   3、掛梁*大旋轉角度可按用戶要求；   4、以上所有數(shù)據(jù)為室內(nèi)使用時；  5、參數(shù)表中起重機總功率為行車的本體功率，不含吊具功率。
