初軋機(jī)、鋼坯連軋機(jī)、大型型鋼和軌梁軋機(jī)、熱軋板帶鋼軋機(jī)破鱗和軋邊機(jī)、型鋼軋機(jī)的軋邊機(jī),還有小型型鋼、線棒材軋機(jī)的粗軋機(jī)架等軋機(jī)使用的軋輥,大多采用整體鑄造方法生產(chǎn),這類軋輥使用層較厚,孔型較深。
