冷床是冶金軋鋼行業(yè)對軋制產(chǎn)品（螺紋鋼、園鋼、鋼管等）有效進行冷卻的工作臺面。冷床由機械傳動系統(tǒng)、水冷卻系統(tǒng)、冷床工作臺面、固定支架等方面組成。冷床主要有拔齒式冷床、齒條步進式冷床、撥爪式冷床、運載鏈?zhǔn)嚼浯?、滾盤式冷床等。

近年來, 為適應(yīng)軋制制度變化繁多, 產(chǎn)品規(guī)格多、產(chǎn)品及高產(chǎn)量等要求, 我院認真消化、吸收國內(nèi)外先進技術(shù), 設(shè)計了一套具有同類水平的高速度、多品種、高質(zhì)量的小型型鋼和棒材冷床設(shè)備, 年產(chǎn)棒材可達90萬噸, 已達到了國外同類設(shè)備的先進水平。

潛行裝置有兩種形式：一種是杠桿式，另一種是滑塊式。帶潛行裝置的拉鋼式冷床很大優(yōu)點足冷床床面利用率可達60%，可以自由地儲存軋件，機動性能較好。
