混流泵

（二）泵蓋是泵與進水管相連的零件，其端面與葉輪之間留有規(guī)定的軸向端面間隙（在消除軸承軸向活動間隙以后，保持規(guī)定的軸向間隙）。間隙過小產(chǎn)生磨擦，過大則會導致泵內(nèi)壓力水回流，使泵的效率降低，通過增減調(diào)整紙墊達到規(guī)定的間隙。

feeiciency reduced.Adjust the paper washer and make the gap be stated one.

Installation base:The soil texture should be firm and solid.

During installation, keep the pump axile in horizontal p ition.

 5.The end of

water inlet pipe should be immersed under water in about one meter and far away

from the end of mud in about half meter.

 6.After installing the pump,calculate the

suitable suction height and head.Under the stable water level condition,

1、混流泵的工作原理

由于混流泵的葉輪形狀介于離心泵葉輪和軸流泵葉輪之間，因此，混流泵的工作原理既有離心力又有升力，靠兩者的綜合作用，水則以與軸組成一定角度流出葉輪，通過蝸殼室和管路把水提向高處。

2、混流泵的一般特點

（1）混流泵與離心泵相比，揚程較低，流量較大，與軸流泵相比，揚程較高，流量較低。適用于平原、湖區(qū)排灌。

（2）水沿混流泵的流經(jīng)方向與葉輪軸成一定角度而吸入和流出的，故又稱斜流泵。
