混流泵

（一）HW型混流泵由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、泵軸和軸承體等主要零件構(gòu)成。

I. HW Mixed-flow

pump is composed of pump casing, pump cover, impeller, pump spindle and bearing

body mainly.

水泵轉(zhuǎn)向

         從水泵進(jìn)水口看葉輪為逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)（即箭頭所示方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。）

V.    Pump Diversion

     Look from inlet of pump, the impeller is

turning clockwise(turning as the direction indicated by rotation arrow)

（二）開車前準(zhǔn)備：

1、檢查地腳螺栓的堅(jiān)固情況。

2、檢查傳動(dòng)皮帶松緊程度及安裝設(shè)備是否安裝妥善。

3、檢查進(jìn)、出水管是否進(jìn)氣、漏水。

4、檢查填料松緊是否適宜。

5、檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)和水泵軸心線是否在同一直線上，直聯(lián)時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

6、檢查泵內(nèi)有無(wú)障礙，軸是否卡住，用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)應(yīng)輕無(wú)雜音。

II. Preparation Before Starting

1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.Check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water and air.

4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

    5.Check the

motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

    6.Check the

pump if there are barriers , if the axile locks, there should be no noises when

turing it by hand.

. 在地理環(huán)境許可的條件下，水泵應(yīng)盡量靠近水源，以減少吸水管的長(zhǎng)度。水泵安裝處的地基應(yīng)牢固，對(duì)固定式泵站應(yīng)修專門的基礎(chǔ)。

2.進(jìn)水管路應(yīng)密封可靠，必須有專用支撐，不可吊在水泵上。裝有底閥的進(jìn)水管，應(yīng)盡量使底閥軸線與水平面垂直安裝，其軸線與水平面的夾角不得小于45°。水源為渠道時(shí)，底閥應(yīng)高于水底0.50米以上，且加網(wǎng)防止雜物進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)。

3. 機(jī)、泵底座應(yīng)水平，與基礎(chǔ)的聯(lián)結(jié)應(yīng)牢固。機(jī)、泵皮帶傳動(dòng)時(shí)，皮帶緊邊在下，這樣傳動(dòng)，水泵葉輪轉(zhuǎn)向應(yīng)與箭頭指示方向一致；采用聯(lián)軸器傳動(dòng)時(shí)，機(jī)、泵必須同軸線。

無(wú)法啟動(dòng)

首先應(yīng)檢查電源供電情況：接頭連接是否牢靠；開關(guān)接觸是否緊密；保險(xiǎn)絲是否熔斷；三相供電的是否缺相等。如有斷路、接觸不良、保險(xiǎn)絲熔斷、缺相，應(yīng)查明原因并及時(shí)進(jìn)行修復(fù)。其次檢查是否是水泵自身的機(jī)械故障，常見(jiàn)的原因有：填料太緊或葉輪與泵體之間被雜物卡住而堵塞；泵軸、軸承、減漏環(huán)銹?。槐幂S嚴(yán)重彎曲等。排除方法：放松填料，疏通引水槽；拆開泵體清除雜物、除銹；間隙過(guò)小產(chǎn)生磨擦，過(guò)大則會(huì)導(dǎo)致泵內(nèi)壓力水回流，使泵的效率降低，通過(guò)增減調(diào)整紙墊達(dá)到規(guī)定的間隙。拆下泵軸校正或更換新的泵軸。
