真空包裝機是如何工作

我們經(jīng)常說真空包裝，真空機又是如何工作的呢？？

將包裝的產(chǎn)品（包裝袋裝好）放到包裝機的封口處，摁下工作室即可。設備會自動觸動行程開關，自動吸氣，達到真空狀態(tài)結束立即自動封口，然后自動放氣開蓋，后取出您的產(chǎn)品。2、采用阻隔性(氣密性)優(yōu)良的包裝材料及嚴格的密封技術和要求，能有效防止包裝內容物質的交換，即可避免食品減重、失味，又可防止二次污染。由于袋內真空度高，殘留空氣少，可抑制微生物的繁殖。 單室真空包裝機對肉制品、調味品、豆制品、藥品、糧食等粉狀、固體、液體的物品進行真空包裝，以達到延長產(chǎn)品儲存期限、防止受潮之目的。

真空包裝機不封口怎么辦？

當真空機不密封時，應注意以下幾點： 

 1，袋口有油，很難密封。這不是技術問題或質量問題。在包裝前選擇漏斗包，既干凈又易于操作。

2，加熱溫度不夠，調節(jié)溫度計，標準真空包裝袋可加熱約兩秒鐘。

 3.檢查絕緣布下面的加熱條是否損壞，兩側銅塊是否松動。 

 4，真空泵工作正常。 

 5，加熱布應始終保持清潔，以防止碎屑在加熱布上熔化。 

 6，檢查驅動密封的氣壓。

7，要特別注意電熱絲是否老化。

 8，加熱時間繼電器損壞?

9，變壓器工作正常。
