     本產(chǎn)品是我司新研發(fā)的又一代經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的熱銷產(chǎn)品，為廣大客戶解決了磨邊拋光成本高，品質(zhì)難以提升的一大難題，新一代產(chǎn)品加工速度是原來加工方式的5倍左右。

    異形石材磨邊拋光機(jī)的主要功能：可加工圓弧邊、鴨嘴邊，法國邊，各種造型窗臺(tái)邊、樓梯子（磨邊拋光和開防滑槽一起同加工）等各種工藝。

今天，本廠就來和大家說說，石材磨邊機(jī)磨出的石材高低不平滑的原因。

一、重新調(diào)整磨輪。石材磨邊機(jī)上下倒角的磨輪，進(jìn)刀門置可能沒有調(diào)好，如果你先前磨的石材是4mm的，現(xiàn)在磨的是6mm，這樣的話，磨邊機(jī)的磨輪都要重新調(diào)，不然石材磨出來這樣的。

二、砂輪老舊。

三、石材磨邊機(jī)的機(jī)座變形。

石材磨邊機(jī)工作前檢查注意事項(xiàng)：

（1）砂輪壓緊螺帽不得有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象；

（2）砂輪不得有裂紋缺口；

（3）安全罩裝配齊全可靠；

（4）前后、上下傳動(dòng)手柄操作靈活，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)無雜音。
