拉鋼式冷床，其特點(diǎn)是利用單爪繩式或鏈?zhǔn)嚼摍C(jī)，橫向成批拖運(yùn)軋件。這種拉鋼機(jī)往往配備有潛行裝置，以達(dá)到有選擇性地拖運(yùn)某一根（束）軋件的目的。潛行裝置有兩種形式：一種是杠桿式，另一種是滑塊式。

側(cè)壁斜度超差產(chǎn)生的原因?yàn)椋?

（1）輥型不正；壓力過(guò)大，型鋼與矯直輥間隙過(guò)小。

（2）輥?zhàn)幽p、矯直機(jī)軸竄動(dòng)過(guò)大，液壓螺母沒(méi)有鎖緊或者止推軸承磨損過(guò)大都會(huì)引起側(cè)壁斜度超差。

The reas for the deviation of the side wall slope are:

(1) the roll type is not correct; the pressure is too large and the gap between the type steel and the straightening roller is too small.

(2) the roller wears, the straightening machine shaft moves too big, the hydraulic nut is not locked or the thrust bearing wear too much will cause the side wall slope to exceed the difference.

處理后的線材強(qiáng)度可以等于或大于鉛浴淬火者的強(qiáng)度，這是其他各種線材軋后控冷索氏體化處理方法所不及的。其他優(yōu)點(diǎn)是冷卻溫度比較均勻，溫差不大于5～10℃，而且不具有粘著性，不會(huì)像鉛浴或鹽浴處理時(shí)出現(xiàn)掛鉛、掛鹽現(xiàn)象。

Other advantages are that the cooling temperature is more uniform, the temperature difference is not more than 5~10 degrees C, and it does not have the adhesion, and it will not appear as lead or salt hanging during the lead bath or salt bath treatment.
