在開始軋制之前,由高壓水除鱗裝置利用高壓水對(duì)坯料表面的氧化鐵皮進(jìn)行清理,以避免軋制過程中氧化鐵皮的壓入,從而保證終產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

所謂低溫?zé)彳埵侵干愿哂谠俳Y(jié)晶溫度下的軋制。提高軋制溫度可以降低軋件溫度的屈服應(yīng)力,使變形功降低。但是由于變形功可以轉(zhuǎn)化為熱量,因此,當(dāng)軋件溫度的熱損失主要是熱輻射時(shí),熱損失量與軋件溫度的4 次方成正比。
