軸轂聯(lián)接的方式有鍵聯(lián)接、花鍵聯(lián)接、成形聯(lián)接、脹套聯(lián)接、銷聯(lián)接、緊定螺釘聯(lián)接、過盈聯(lián)接等,有些聯(lián)接方式僅用于軸轂聯(lián)接,有些聯(lián)接方式可兼作其它聯(lián)接。鍵和花鍵是常見的軸轂聯(lián)接方式。

一個(gè)切向鍵只能傳遞一個(gè)方向的轉(zhuǎn)矩,傳遞雙向轉(zhuǎn)矩時(shí),須用互成120°~130°角的兩個(gè)鍵。用于載荷很大,對(duì)中要求不嚴(yán)的場(chǎng)合。由于鍵槽對(duì)軸削弱較大 ,常用于直徑大于100mm的軸上。

與平鍵聯(lián)接比較,花鍵聯(lián)接在強(qiáng)度、工藝和使用方面有下列特點(diǎn):在軸上與轂孔上直接而均勻地制出較多的齒與槽,故聯(lián)接受力較為均勻;因槽較淺,齒根處應(yīng)力集中較小,軸與轂的強(qiáng)度削弱較少。

Because of the shallow groove, the stress at the root of the tooth is small, and the strength of the shaft and hub is weakened less.
