合理的模具設(shè)計(jì)。在級(jí)進(jìn)模中,下料順序的安排有可能影響到?jīng)_壓件成形的精度。針對(duì)沖壓件細(xì)小部位的下料，一般先安排較大面積之沖切下料，再安排較小面積的沖切下料，以減輕沖裁力對(duì)沖壓件成形的影響。

Reasonable mold design. In progressive die, the order of blanking sequence may affect the accuracy of stamping forming. In order to reduce the impact of punching parts, the punching and cutting blanking of small area is arranged in the light of the blanking of the small parts of the stamping parts.

設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件必須形狀簡(jiǎn)單，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，以有利于簡(jiǎn)化模具結(jié)構(gòu)、簡(jiǎn)化工序數(shù)量，即用少、簡(jiǎn)單的沖壓工序完成整個(gè)零件的加工，減少再用其他方法加工，并有利于沖壓操作，便于組織實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化與自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)，以高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。

設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件，在保證能正常使用情況下，盡量使尺寸精度等級(jí)及表面粗糙度等級(jí)要求低一些，并有利于產(chǎn)品的互換，減少?gòu)U品、保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件，應(yīng)有利于盡可能使用現(xiàn)有設(shè)備、工藝裝備以及工藝流程對(duì)其進(jìn)行加工，并有利于沖模使用壽命的延長(zhǎng)。

壓住材料?？朔鹘y(tǒng)的模具設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，在卸料板上開(kāi)出容料間隙(即模具閉合時(shí)，卸料板與凹模貼合，而容納材料處卸料板與凹模的間隙為材料厚t-0.03～0.05mm)。如此，沖壓中卸料板運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，而材料又可被壓緊。關(guān)鍵成形部位，卸料板一定做成鑲塊式結(jié)構(gòu)，以方便解決長(zhǎng)時(shí)間沖壓所導(dǎo)致卸料板壓料部位產(chǎn)生的磨(壓)損，而無(wú)法壓緊材料。

Press the material.
