軋輥產生彈性壓扁時可能軋制的板厚。在一定軋機上軋制一定的產品時,隨著板帶的逐漸變薄,壓下越來越困難。當板帶薄至某一限度后,不管如何旋緊壓下螺絲或加大液壓壓下的壓力,不管反復軋制多少道,由于軋輥產生彈性壓扁而不可能再使產品變薄。這一極限厚度稱為可軋厚度。與兩線軋制的小型型材軋機相比,這些軋機一般被設計成可以進行高達4線的同時軋制的切分軋制。

Cemented carbide rolls are developed on the basis of cemented carbide tools. The properties of cemented carbide depend on the size of tungsten carbide particle and the content of bonding phase metal.
