加熱爐的分類:
1.有純加熱爐,如常壓爐、減壓爐等;有加熱爐反應(yīng)爐,如裂解爐、焦化爐等。
2.按傳熱方式分類:有純對(duì)流式爐、輻射對(duì)流式爐和輻射式爐。

臺(tái)車式加熱爐的結(jié)構(gòu)一般是由輻射室、對(duì)流室及煙囪組成。輻射室也就是燃燒室,將燃料放進(jìn)輻射室進(jìn)行燃燒產(chǎn)生高溫,以對(duì)傳播熱的方法持續(xù)將局部熱量傳給對(duì)流室爐管內(nèi)活動(dòng)著的油品。然后通過對(duì)流室和煙囪將油品和煙中的熱量進(jìn)行吸收,傳遞給產(chǎn)品。
The structure of the trolley type heating furnace is generally of a radiation chamber, a convection chamber and a chimney.
