鋼的軋制，是整個軋鋼生產(chǎn)過程的核心。坯料通過軋制完成變形過程。軋制工序?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品質(zhì)量起著決定性作用。軋制產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求，包括產(chǎn)品的幾何形狀和尺寸內(nèi)部組織和性能以及產(chǎn)品光潔度三個方面。

The rolling of steel is the core of the whole rolling process. The blanks are rolled to complete the deformation process. The rolling process plays a decisive role in the quality of the product. 采用控制軋制工藝時，為了防止原始奧氏體晶粒過分長大，一般采用較低的加熱溫度和開軋溫度。由于開軋溫度高，變形后的奧氏體晶粒會發(fā)生再結(jié)晶而細(xì)化，如在這個階段停止變第八節(jié)控制軋制技術(shù)形，軋件即隨溫度下降而產(chǎn)生相變。

In order to prevent the original austenite grain growing too much, the lower heating temperature and rolling temperature are generally adopted in the rolling process. For example, the eighth section  rolling technology is stopped at this stage, and the phase change is produced as the temperature drops.

The speed of cold rolling is related to the motor. As a kind of machine and equipment itself, cold rolling mill can not produce any power, its power is mainly from motor, so the greater the power of the motor, the more rolling power can be provided, the faster the rolling speed can be, the smaller the motor power is.
