真空包裝機(jī)是如何工作

我們經(jīng)常說(shuō)真空包裝，真空機(jī)又是如何工作的呢？？

將包裝的產(chǎn)品（包裝袋裝好）放到包裝機(jī)的封口處，摁下工作室即可。設(shè)備會(huì)自動(dòng)觸動(dòng)行程開(kāi)關(guān)，自動(dòng)吸氣，達(dá)到真空狀態(tài)結(jié)束立即自動(dòng)封口，然后自動(dòng)放氣開(kāi)蓋，后取出您的產(chǎn)品。2、采用阻隔性(氣密性)優(yōu)良的包裝材料及嚴(yán)格的密封技術(shù)和要求，能有效防止包裝內(nèi)容物質(zhì)的交換，即可避免食品減重、失味，又可防止二次污染。由于袋內(nèi)真空度高，殘留空氣少，可抑制微生物的繁殖。 單室真空包裝機(jī)對(duì)肉制品、調(diào)味品、豆制品、藥品、糧食等粉狀、固體、液體的物品進(jìn)行真空包裝，以達(dá)到延長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)存期限、防止受潮之目的。

真空包裝機(jī)不封口怎么辦？

當(dāng)真空機(jī)不密封時(shí)，應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)： 

 1，袋口有油，很難密封。這不是技術(shù)問(wèn)題或質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。在包裝前選擇漏斗包，既干凈又易于操作。

2，加熱溫度不夠，調(diào)節(jié)溫度計(jì)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)真空包裝袋可加熱約兩秒鐘。

 3.檢查絕緣布下面的加熱條是否損壞，兩側(cè)銅塊是否松動(dòng)。 

 4，真空泵工作正常。 

 5，加熱布應(yīng)始終保持清潔，以防止碎屑在加熱布上熔化。 

 6，檢查驅(qū)動(dòng)密封的氣壓。

7，要特別注意電熱絲是否老化。

 8，加熱時(shí)間繼電器損壞?

9，變壓器工作正常。
