增設(shè)強壓功能。即對卸料鑲塊壓料部加厚尺寸(正常的卸料鑲塊厚H 0.03mm)，以增加對凹模側(cè)材料的壓力，從而抑制沖切時沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲變形。凸模刃口端部修出斜面或弧形。這是減緩沖裁力的有效方法。減緩沖裁力，即可減輕對凹模側(cè)材料的拉伸力，從而達(dá)到抑制沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲的效果。

日常模具生產(chǎn)中，應(yīng)注意維護沖切凸、凹模刃口的鋒利度。當(dāng)沖切刃口磨損時，材料所受拉應(yīng)力將增大，從而沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲的趨向加大。

五金沖壓件應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域

汽車行業(yè)的沖壓。以拉深為主。在我國這部份主要集中在汽車廠、拖拉機廠、飛機制造廠等大廠，獨立的大型沖壓拉深廠還未幾見。

清除沖壓機床滑塊底面、工作臺面（或墊板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面內(nèi)的任何雜物或異物。手工扳動沖壓機床飛輪（或操縱點動按鈕），調(diào)整上滑塊到上死點位置，并轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，將連桿長度調(diào)到短（即閉合高度大）。
