實(shí)踐表明，帶雙鍍槽的軸頭在使用過(guò)程中，鑲槽壁容易崩裂，目前常用易加工的帶平臺(tái)的袖頭代替雙因槽的抽頭。

直徑超過(guò)400mm的冷軋軋輥，在鍛造后，多半在中心饅一個(gè)670一250mm的通7L。這樣，一力面可以使軋輥經(jīng)熱處理店的內(nèi)應(yīng)力分朽均勾；另一方面在軋輥表面淬火時(shí)，可對(duì)軋輥通水冷卻，提高淬火效果。

較大直徑的水平軋輥確定型鋼的的形狀，而較小直徑的一對(duì)立輥用于軋制邊部。當(dāng)坯料穿過(guò)傳統(tǒng)機(jī)架和機(jī)架精軋軋輥時(shí)，可以獲得很好的表面光潔度和尺寸公差。
