混流泵

（一）試車：

 水泵在安裝完畢后，必須試車，其目的：

1、

使各種配合部分運轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)。

2、

檢查和消除安裝中的毛病。

3、

檢查水泵的轉(zhuǎn)向是否符合要求

Do test run

after installation for the following purp 

1.Make all

parts cooperate well.

2.Check and

remove the problems during the installation.

3.Check the

diversion of pump if it is up to the mustard.

5、泵運轉(zhuǎn)時注意有無雜音及泵內(nèi)是否有劇烈的磨擦和撞擊聲，如有就停車檢查。

When the pump is

running, pls pay more attetion on the noise and friction and clashing noise, if

there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.

    6、檢查進、出水管路有無進氣漏氣現(xiàn)象。

Check the

water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.

    7、如電機與水泵為直聯(lián)傳動，需檢查電機與水泵的軸心線是否在同一直線上，以防轉(zhuǎn)時振動。

When the motor and pump are direct

connected drive ,check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same

line to avoid vibrating.

4. 水泵的安裝位置應(yīng)滿足允許吸上真空高度的要求，基礎(chǔ)必須水平、穩(wěn)固，保證動力機械的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向與水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向一致。

5. 若同一機房內(nèi)有多臺機組，機組與機組之間，機組與墻壁之間都應(yīng)有800mm以上的距離。

6. 水泵吸水管必須密封良好，且盡量減少彎頭和閘閥，加注引水時應(yīng)排盡空氣，運行時管內(nèi)不應(yīng)積聚空氣，要求吸水管微呈上斜與水泵進水口聯(lián)接，進水口應(yīng)有一定的淹沒深度。
