　　3.搪瓷管的電流擊穿試驗電壓為3000V,直徑在φ60㎜以下的管子應(yīng)確保每米擊穿點不超過2點，整根管子不能超過5個點，力學(xué)抗機械沖擊性：≥0.22J。

　　4. 外搪瓷管搪瓷層厚度：0.30±0.06mm，內(nèi)搪瓷管搪瓷層厚度：0.25±0.05mm。

　　5. 管子耐酸指標(biāo)：≤2.0g/（m2.d）。

　　6. 耐溫度急劇變化性能：在500℃恒溫5min后自然冷卻各種指標(biāo)無變化。

展望新一年內(nèi)中國鋼材出口形勢，將呈現(xiàn)兩大特點：

　　其一是中國鋼材出口繼續(xù)較大數(shù)量規(guī)模。因為推動2016年中國鋼材出口的上述兩大因素，在新一年內(nèi)繼續(xù)存在。值得注意的是，G20會議以后，各國政府主要是發(fā)達(dá)國家政府或許借鑒中國經(jīng)驗，在繼續(xù)寬松貨幣政策的同時，搪瓷管，加大財政支出，實施政府主導(dǎo)下的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資，以增加需求，振興實體經(jīng)濟(jì)。進(jìn)入2017年后，中國圍繞“一帶一路”進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資，先是與周邊國家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施方面的互聯(lián)互通投資項目建設(shè)將會增加，勢必增加境外施工項目，帶動鋼材出口。由于這類投資建設(shè)所帶動的主要是建筑鋼材需求，放眼全球現(xiàn)在能夠滿足供應(yīng)，并且價格便宜的，主要還是中國鋼鐵企業(yè)，所以新一年內(nèi)中國鋼材出口將繼續(xù)較大數(shù)量規(guī)模。不僅如此，美聯(lián)儲不斷“狼來了”，持持加息預(yù)期，由此形成貶值壓力。它的突出特點是：耐腐蝕，耐磨損，阻力小，傳熱效果好，使整個空氣預(yù)熱器使用壽命延長3~5倍，同時，當(dāng)空氣預(yù)熱器積灰時，可用0。估算2017年對美元平均匯率較上年貶值約3個百分點，這就使得2017年中國鋼材出口的匯率優(yōu)勢較2016年繼續(xù)提高。綜和上述因素初步測算，預(yù)計2017年全國鋼材出口量繼續(xù)過億噸，甚至還可能有所增長。
