混流泵

（一）   特點：

體積小、重量輕、流量大、，抗汽蝕性能好，區(qū)范圍寬廣而平坦，結構簡單，使用方便，維修容易。

 3、進行靜平衡試驗和調整

 4、擰緊

 7、降低安裝位置減低安裝高度

機械方面

電機和水泵轉動部件質量不平衡、粗制濫造、安裝質量不良、機組軸線不對稱、擺度超過允許值，零部件的機械強度和剛度較差、軸承和密封部件磨損破壞，以及水泵臨界轉速出現與機組固有頻率一直引起的共振等，都會產生強烈的振動和噪音。

水力方面

水泵控制閥水泵進口流速和壓力分布不均勻，泵進出口工作液體的壓力脈動、液體繞流、偏流和脫流，非定額工況以及各種原因引起的水泵汽蝕等，都是常見的引起泵機組振動的原因。裝有精密加工的泵軸，裝有稀油潤滑的軸承，在填料函蓋中裝有防護軸套。水泵啟動和停機、閥門啟閉、工況改變以及事故緊急停機等動態(tài)過渡過程造成的輸水管道內壓力急劇變化和水錘作用等，也常常導致泵房和機組產生振動
