4. 水泵的安裝位置應(yīng)滿足允許吸上真空高度的要求，基礎(chǔ)必須水平、穩(wěn)固，保證動(dòng)力機(jī)械的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向與水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向一致。

5. 若同一機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)有多臺(tái)機(jī)組，機(jī)組與機(jī)組之間，機(jī)組與墻壁之間都應(yīng)有800mm以上的距離。

6. 水泵吸水管必須密封良好，且盡量減少?gòu)濐^和閘閥，加注引水時(shí)應(yīng)排盡空氣，運(yùn)行時(shí)管內(nèi)不應(yīng)積聚空氣，要求吸水管微呈上斜與水泵進(jìn)水口聯(lián)接，進(jìn)水口應(yīng)有一定的淹沒深度。

深井潛水泵

首先看一下水泵此時(shí)運(yùn)行的電流和平常運(yùn)行時(shí)候的電流差別有多大。如果比平時(shí)運(yùn)行時(shí)候小（基上就是平時(shí)電流的23），那么就有葉輪磨損、泵頭上面的止逆閥堵塞等問(wèn)題。缺相運(yùn)行，經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明農(nóng)用電動(dòng)機(jī)被燒毀85%以上是由于缺相運(yùn)行造成的，應(yīng)對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝缺相保護(hù)裝置。如果和平時(shí)電流一樣大，那么就是管墊漏水、管子漏水、泵體漏水等問(wèn)題。如果比平時(shí)運(yùn)行的時(shí)候電流大，那么基上可以確定是易損件磨損的問(wèn)題。另外補(bǔ)充一點(diǎn)，電纜如果破損的話，水量跟平時(shí)是一樣大，但是電流會(huì)變大。3相380V電機(jī)的電流一般是2.2A。以上原因只要是經(jīng)常維修深井泵的修理人員就可以查出來(lái)。
