混流泵

三）密封裝置是由填料函、水封圈、填料壓蓋和鉛粉（或油浸）石棉盤根填料組成。其作用有：

   1、啟動(dòng)時(shí)防止空氣吸入泵內(nèi)，起密封作用。

   2、抽水時(shí)防止水從泵內(nèi)過(guò)多的沿軸大量流出。

 4、更換軸承

 5、調(diào)整葉輪端面軸向間隙

 6、適應(yīng)放松

 1.Reduce the rotate speed

 3.Loose the cap blot or take our the

 padding and make it more flat

 4.Change the bearing

 5.Ajust the end play of impeller end face

 6.Loose the belt to suitable degree

 7、填料發(fā)熱

 The padding is

 1、填料壓得太緊或四周緊密度不夠2、填料壓得偏斜與軸磨損嚴(yán)重

 1、旋松壓蓋螺栓高速填料緊密度

 2、松開壓蓋重新均勻地上緊

 1.Loosen the gland bolts to adjust

 2.Loosen the gland bolts and tighten it again.

2、離心泵的一般特點(diǎn)

（1）水沿離心泵的流經(jīng)方向是沿葉輪的軸向吸入，垂直于軸向流出，即進(jìn)出水流方向互成90°。

（2）由于離心泵靠葉輪進(jìn)口形成真空吸水，因此在起動(dòng)前必須向泵內(nèi)和吸水管內(nèi)灌注引水，或用真空泵抽氣，以排出空氣形成真空，而且泵殼和吸水管路必須嚴(yán)格密封，不得漏氣，否則形不成真空，也就吸不上水來(lái)。

（3）由于葉輪進(jìn)口不可能形成絕  真空，因此離心泵吸水高度不能超過(guò)10米，加上水流經(jīng)吸水管路帶來(lái)的沿程損失，實(shí)際允許安裝高度（水泵軸線距吸入水面的高度）遠(yuǎn)小于10米。如安裝過(guò)高，則不吸水；水泵性能的技術(shù)參數(shù)有流量、吸程、揚(yáng)程、軸功率、水功率、效率等。此外，由于山區(qū)比平原大氣壓力低，因此同一臺(tái)水泵在山區(qū)，特別是在高山區(qū)安裝時(shí)，其安裝高度應(yīng)降低，否則也不能吸上水來(lái)。
