1 清理墻面：清除被保溫外墻外表面的灰塵，鏟除凸出物，凹處用1：2.5的水泥砂漿找平，并用木抹子拉毛。

2調(diào)制珍珠巖粘結(jié)劑：將粉料G與涂料S按珍珠巖=2：1的重量比在現(xiàn)場配制粘結(jié)劑(視氣溫、被粘墻體表面狀況、粘貼部位的不同，蕈量比略有波動)，攪拌均勻，調(diào)制成粘稠狀待用。已調(diào)制好的粘結(jié)劑應(yīng)在90分鐘內(nèi)用完。已開始固化的粘結(jié)劑不應(yīng)再用。珍珠巖粘結(jié)劑的用量，視墻面平整度不同略有差別。 3粘貼堅硬珍珠巖保溫板

把攪拌均勻的珍珠巖粘結(jié)劑涂抹在珍珠巖保溫板的被粘貼的四周。即沿周邊抹50mm寬、8mm厚的粘結(jié)劑框;正中央再抹一點，其直徑為70 mm，厚度為8 mm的粘結(jié)劑點：珍珠巖保溫板的四個側(cè)面滿涂一薄層粘結(jié)劑;由上至下掛線(上、下排)錯縫粘貼。粘貼珍珠巖保溫板時，要輕壓快揉，讓其表面平整，將處在縫處的粘結(jié)劑擠出并超過堅殼珍珠巖表面2 mm高左右。珍珠巖保溫板與墻體粘結(jié)的粘結(jié)劑層厚度以3～6 mm為宜，粘結(jié)面積應(yīng)大于80%。珍珠巖保溫板之間的粘膠層厚度以1—2 mm為宜.
