混流泵

混流泵是一種“拉出”式結構泵，在檢查和拆卸葉輪和軸封時，毋須將與泵體相連接的管路拆開。裝有精密加工的泵軸，裝有稀油潤滑的軸承，在填料函蓋中裝有防護軸套。軸承箱的油位，可由恒位油杯來控制。

泵體的支腳，可承受來自管路的任何載荷，并直接傳遞給基礎。這樣，轉子不會因為泵承受泵受載荷而產(chǎn)生彎曲，從而保證軸承的使用壽命。

由于較大的過流面積，從而減少阻塞。

泵的旋轉方向，從驅動端看，為順時針方向。

動力驅動可采用電動機或內燃機。

泵裝置上可以配備完整的放氣裝置，有利于吸入管路的排氣。

5、泵運轉時注意有無雜音及泵內是否有劇烈的磨擦和撞擊聲，如有就停車檢查。

When the pump is

running, pls pay more attetion on the noise and friction and clashing noise, if

there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.

    6、檢查進、出水管路有無進氣漏氣現(xiàn)象。

Check the

water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.

    7、如電機與水泵為直聯(lián)傳動，需檢查電機與水泵的軸心線是否在同一直線上，以防轉時振動。

When the motor and pump are direct

connected drive ,check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same

line to avoid vibrating.

 5、水泵有雜音或振動

 There is noise

 in pump or the pump is vibrating

 1、軸中心沒有對正

 2、軸彎曲軸承磨損過大

 3、葉輪平衡性差

 4、地腳螺栓松動

 5、裝置不當

 6、葉輪局部阻塞

 7、吸水高度太高、發(fā)生汽蝕

 8、泵內掉進雜物

 4.The foundation bolts are loose

 5.The assembly is improper

 6.Part of the impeller is blocked

 7.The suction head is too high to produce

 cavitation

 2、校正或更換軸承

 3、進行靜平衡試驗和調整

 4、擰緊

 5、檢查機組

 6、消除雜物

 7、降低安裝位置減低安裝高度

 8、清除雜物

 1.Calibrate

 2.Calibrate it or change the bearing

 3.Do the static balancing test and adjust

 it

 4.Tighten it

 5.Check the pump unit

 6.Remove the sundries

 7.Reduce the installation site to reduce

 the installation height
