混流泵

三）密封裝置是由填料函、水封圈、填料壓蓋和鉛粉（或油浸）石棉盤根填料組成。其作用有：

   1、啟動時防止空氣吸入泵內(nèi)，起密封作用。

   2、抽水時防止水從泵內(nèi)過多的沿軸大量流出。

 1、旋松壓蓋螺栓高速填料緊密度

 2、松開壓蓋重新均勻地上緊

 1.Loosen the gland bolts to adjust

 2.Loosen the gland bolts and tighten it again.

2、離心泵的一般特點

（1）水沿離心泵的流經(jīng)方向是沿葉輪的軸向吸入，垂直于軸向流出，即進(jìn)出水流方向互成90°。

（2）由于離心泵靠葉輪進(jìn)口形成真空吸水，因此在起動前必須向泵內(nèi)和吸水管內(nèi)灌注引水，或用真空泵抽氣，以排出空氣形成真空，而且泵殼和吸水管路必須嚴(yán)格密封，不得漏氣，否則形不成真空，也就吸不上水來。

（3）由于葉輪進(jìn)口不可能形成絕  真空，因此離心泵吸水高度不能超過10米，加上水流經(jīng)吸水管路帶來的沿程損失，實際允許安裝高度（水泵軸線距吸入水面的高度）遠(yuǎn)小于10米。如安裝過高，則不吸水；水泵性能的技術(shù)參數(shù)有流量、吸程、揚程、軸功率、水功率、效率等。此外，由于山區(qū)比平原大氣壓力低，因此同一臺水泵在山區(qū)，特別是在高山區(qū)安裝時，其安裝高度應(yīng)降低，否則也不能吸上水來。
