軸套用來保護軸不使它與填料直接摩擦，若長期使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸套磨損過多，必須換軸套。

8、水泵在冬季使用時，停車后應將水泵內(nèi)和管道內(nèi)的存水放盡以防凍裂。

If use the pump

in winter, pls run off the water from the pump and pipes.

    9、水泵每使用一個灌溉季節(jié)后，應更換潤滑黃油后存放。

Replace the

lubricating oil after using the pump for one irrigation season.

10、水泵工作滿500小時，應仔細拆卸檢查零件的磨損情況，如長期停用，應將運轉(zhuǎn)部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。

 6、軸承發(fā)熱

 7、填料發(fā)熱

 The padding is

 1、填料壓得太緊或四周緊密度不夠2、填料壓得偏斜與軸磨損嚴重

 1.The padding is

 pressed too tight or the around compactness is not enough

 2.The padding is

 pressed deflected and the axile wears seriously

 1、旋松壓蓋螺栓高速填料緊密度

 2、松開壓蓋重新均勻地上緊

 1.Loosen the gland bolts to adjust

 2.Loosen the gland bolts and tighten it again.
