混流泵

三）密封裝置是由填料函、水封圈、填料壓蓋和鉛粉（或油浸）石棉盤根填料組成。其作用有：

   1、啟動(dòng)時(shí)防止空氣吸入泵內(nèi)，起密封作用。

   2、抽水時(shí)防止水從泵內(nèi)過(guò)多的沿軸大量流出。

III. Sealing equipment is composed of stuffing box,

   1. When

starting, stop the pump from sucking air and realize the sealing function.

   2. When

drawing water, stop the water running out through the axle from pump.

軸套用來(lái)保護(hù)軸不使它與填料直接摩擦，若長(zhǎng)期使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸套磨損過(guò)多，必須換軸套。

IV. Axile sleeve is used to protect the axle from friction

with padding.In long term using, change the axile sleeve

when the sleeve wears down too much.

（五）水泵軸的兩個(gè)支承是軸承體內(nèi)的軸承，軸承體內(nèi)存有適量潤(rùn)滑脂以潤(rùn)滑軸承。

V. Two supportings of water pump axile are bearings in

bearing body.There is some lubricating grease in bearing

body for lubricating bearing.

4、注意填料的冷卻情況，填料的的調(diào)整，不可太緊，以液體能一滴一滴漏出為準(zhǔn)，填料太緊發(fā)熱、消耗功率。填料太松、使水泵中的液體漏損過(guò)多，降低效率。

attention to the cooling condition of padding.The padding can not be too tight,

it is ok that the fluid can leak in drops.The temperature will be high if the

padding is too tight which cumes power.If the padding is too loose, the

fluid leaks too much, the efficiency will be lower.

混流泵

1、混流泵的工作原理

由于混流泵的葉輪形狀介于離心泵葉輪和軸流泵葉輪之間，因此，混流泵的工作原理既有離心力又有升力，靠?jī)烧叩木C合作用，水則以與軸組成一定角度流出葉輪，通過(guò)蝸殼室和管路把水提向高處。

2、混流泵的一般特點(diǎn)

（1）混流泵與離心泵相比，揚(yáng)程較低，流量較大，與軸流泵相比，揚(yáng)程較高，流量較低。適用于平原、湖區(qū)排灌。

（2）水沿混流泵的流經(jīng)方向與葉輪軸成一定角度而吸入和流出的，故又稱斜流泵。
