（六）軸上的擋水圈可防止水沿泵軸流入軸承體內(nèi)，從而保護(hù)軸承，處長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

（一）安裝原則

  1、安裝高度：視雨季或旱季不同情況具體考慮，要求吸上真空高度不超過泵的吸程。

  2、安裝位置的選擇:盡可能靠近水源，做到既保證安全、又縮短進(jìn)水管路，減少揚(yáng)程損失。

（一）試車：

 水泵在安裝完畢后，必須試車，其目的：

1、

使各種配合部分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)。

2、

檢查和消除安裝中的毛病。

3、

檢查水泵的轉(zhuǎn)向是否符合要求

after installation for the following purp 

1.Make all

parts cooperate well.

2.Check and

remove the problems during the installation.

3.Check the

diversion of pump if it is up to the mustard.

開車順序：

    1、關(guān)閉出口閘閥

    2、將水注入水泵，以排除進(jìn)水管及泵內(nèi)空氣，可從泵體頂端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水（開動(dòng)真空泵，排除水泵及管內(nèi)氣體在水充滿水泵的同時(shí)，起動(dòng)水泵，打開閘閥，停止真空泵）。

3、開啟電動(dòng)機(jī)（注意水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向）。

    4、當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，逐步開大閘閥，達(dá)到所要求的工況后，調(diào)節(jié)填料松緊。若水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，軸承溫度等都正常，則可繼續(xù)運(yùn)行。

III.  Starting

Sequence

   1.Close the oulet

sluice valve.

   2. Inject

water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe and pump which can realized

by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or

by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump, remove the air from pump and pipes, start

the water pump when the pump is full of water, open the sluice valve, stop the

vacuum pump).

   3. Start the

motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)

   4. When the motor runs normally, turn up the

sluice valve gradually, adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the

required working condition.If the pump runs well, the temperature of bearing is

normal, and it can run sequentially.

3、自吸離心泵

自吸泵是靠泵自身的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)而產(chǎn)生自吸作用的單級(jí)單吸離心泵，稱為自吸離心泵。和普通離心泵相比，在泵體結(jié)構(gòu)上有顯著差別：一是泵進(jìn)口位置提高，有時(shí)還裝上吸入閥；二是在出水側(cè)設(shè)置了一個(gè)氣水分離室。

泵外自吸泵，是在泵外加有自吸裝置，如帶有旋渦泵、水環(huán)真空泵、射流泵以及手動(dòng)泵等。

自吸泵與普通離心泵相比，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、使用操作簡(jiǎn)單，不但省去了起動(dòng)前灌大量引水的麻煩，也省去了進(jìn)水管低閥，減少了進(jìn)水阻力，增加泵的出水量，但與同規(guī)格的普通離心泵的效率相比要低3%～5%。自吸泵較多的是應(yīng)用在輕小型噴灌機(jī)組和管道灌機(jī)組上。
