     本產(chǎn)品是我司新研發(fā)的又一代經(jīng)濟實用的熱銷產(chǎn)品，為廣大客戶解決了磨邊拋光成本高，品質(zhì)難以提升的一大難題，新一代產(chǎn)品加工速度是原來加工方式的5倍左右。

    異形石材磨邊拋光機的主要功能：可加工圓弧邊、鴨嘴邊，法國邊，各種造型窗臺邊、樓梯子（磨邊拋光和開防滑槽一起同加工）等各種工藝。

1、石材磨邊機使用前應(yīng)檢查電源電壓應(yīng)在額定值的10％以內(nèi)，接通電源前，開關(guān)應(yīng)處于斷開狀態(tài)。

2、使用石材磨邊機前仔細檢查，切割片是否有裂紋或損傷，如有請立即更換。

3、檢查切片進入工作狀態(tài)，不摩擦底版后才能開始切割作業(yè)。

4、工作進給要求平穩(wěn)不得用力過猛，如鋸片轉(zhuǎn)速急劇下降時應(yīng)減少進給力，以防止過載損壞機器。

5、嚴禁拆除防護罩進行切割。

6、鋸片冷卻水源為自來水，使用前將水管接通自來水龍頭，出水量合適為宜。
