軋制技術(shù)的有關(guān)問題:
般在板邊緣較薄,扎或縱厚度偏差就叫做板凸度。如果板凸度足夠大,板厚偏差可以達(dá)到一定值,以至于鋼板不適用于在嚴(yán)格要求板厚精度的場合。當(dāng)厚度偏差增大(在板寬方向上厚度不同)導(dǎo)致在材料設(shè)計(jì)后產(chǎn)品損失中應(yīng)考慮增加板厚邊緣。
