加熱爐的分類:

按爐型結(jié)構(gòu)分類：有箱式爐、立式爐等。  按燃燒形式分類：底燒式爐、側(cè)燒式爐。  按供風(fēng)形式分類：強(qiáng)制供風(fēng)爐、自然供風(fēng) .

Classification of heating furnace:

According to the type of furnace type structure, there are box type furnace, vertical furnace and so on. According to the form of combustion, the bottom burning furnace and the side burning furnace. Classification according to the form of air supply: forced air supply furnace and natural supply wind.

空氣過剩系數(shù):增大空氣過剩系數(shù)，可以加速混合，使火焰變短，反之則混合緩慢，火焰拉長(zhǎng)。這兩種情況都有一些實(shí)際利用的例子。

Air surplus coefficient: increase the air surplus coefficient, can accelerate the mixing, make the flame shorter, and vice versa, slow mixing, flame elongated. There are some examples of practical use of these two cases.

燃料氣與空氣的混合物在燃燒焰面法線方向的速度分量大于該混合物的火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣?，則火焰被推出火孔，開始離焰，直到火焰被吹跑造成火焰熄火——脫火。燃燒器發(fā)生脫火是不允許的。

The velocity component of the mixture of fuel gas and air in the normal direction of combustion flame is larger than that of the mixture, and the flame is pushed out of the fire hole and starts to leave the flame until the flame is blown away, causing the flame to go out. It is not allowed to remove fire from the burner.

臺(tái)車式加熱爐的組成包括加熱爐本體和余熱回收系統(tǒng)。余熱回收系統(tǒng)中有一個(gè)空氣預(yù)熱器,空氣預(yù)熱器是又由非冷凝式空氣預(yù)熱器和冷凝式空氣預(yù)熱器兩段組成。

The trolley heating furnace cists of a heater body and a waste heat recovery system. There is an air preheater in the waste heat recovery system. The air preheater is  of a non-condensing air preheater and a condensing air preheater.
