混流泵

（一）   用途：

HW型混流泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農(nóng)田排灌、工業(yè)、城鎮(zhèn)給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。

Application:

HW Spiral

Mixed-flow pump is a horizontal type, single stage, single suction and

cantilever spiral mixed flow pump, which is used for farmland irrigation and drainage,

industry, town water supply and drainage and water diversion of docks.

（二）開車前準備：

1、檢查地腳螺栓的堅固情況。

2、檢查傳動皮帶松緊程度及安裝設備是否安裝妥善。

3、檢查進、出水管是否進氣、漏水。

4、檢查填料松緊是否適宜。

5、檢查電動機和水泵軸心線是否在同一直線上，直聯(lián)時，電動機旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

6、檢查泵內(nèi)有無障礙，軸是否卡住，用手轉(zhuǎn)動應輕無雜音。

II. Preparation Before Starting

1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.Check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water and air.

4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

    5.Check the

motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

    6.Check the

pump if there are barriers , if the axile locks, there should be no noises when

turing it by hand.

軸承磨損、轉(zhuǎn)子偏心掃膛使定轉(zhuǎn)子鐵心相擦發(fā)出金屬撞擊聲，鐵芯溫度迅速上升，嚴重時電動機冒煙，甚至線圈燒毀。四是工作環(huán)境方面的原因：電動機繞組受潮或灰塵、油污等附著在繞組上，導致絕緣降低。應測量電動機的絕緣電阻并進行清掃、干燥處理；環(huán)境溫度過高。當環(huán)境溫度超過35℃時，進風溫度高，會使電動機的溫度過高，應設法改善其工作環(huán)境。它將原動機的機械能或其他外部能量傳送給液體，使液體能量增加，主要用來輸送液體包括水、油、酸堿液、乳化液、懸乳液和液態(tài)金屬等。如搭棚遮陽等。 注意： 因電方面的原因發(fā)生故障，應請獲得專業(yè)資格證書的電工維修，一知半解的人不可盲目維修，防止人身傷害事故的發(fā)生。
