真空包裝機故障處理方法（一）

真空包裝機很像人一樣總會開小差的時候，所以要學會一些簡單的故障處理方法。小編幫客戶總結了以下幾點：

1、真空度低?2.噪音大?3.真空泵噴油?4.真空泵漏油?5.真空泵油煙大?6.不加熱?7.加熱不停止?8.封口不平、不緊或不封口?鋼盒變形?調整鋼盒?9.一邊加熱，一邊不加熱?10.泵轉不抽真空?11.合蓋不工作等。

1、食品真空包裝機長時間使用會使真空泵油變渾濁、損耗或過稀。取出空氣濾芯?清洗真空泵，更換新真空泵油跟，換油周期建議設備工作300-400小時換一次。合上其中之一真空室，稍加壓力真空泵開始工作，應先注意其運轉方向。抽氣時間太短，延長抽氣時間?；?抽氣過濾器堵塞?清洗或更換排氣過濾器?；有漏氣處?，抽空后關閉電源，檢查電磁閥、硅膠管接頭、真空泵吸氣閥及工作室周邊密封墊有無漏氣處。? ??

2、?真空泵聯(lián)軸器磨損或損壞更換；排氣過濾器堵塞或安裝位置不正，清洗或更換排氣過濾器并安裝正確；有漏氣處檢查電磁閥是否有漏氣并排除。?
