以250HW-8為例：

  250—泵進（出）水口直徑為250毫米。

  8—泵總揚程為8米。

Maintenance

    1、經(jīng)常檢查軸承溫度，軸承箱內(nèi)應裝70%的鈣基黃油，不得過多或過少，軸承升溫一般不得比周圍超過35°C，軸承的極限溫度不得超過75°C（用手摸感到燙手），若超過應停車檢查原因予以消除。

too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher

than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.

1、如果水泵有任何小的故障切記不能讓其工作。如果水泵軸的填料完磨損后要及時添加，如果繼續(xù)使用水泵會漏氣。這樣帶來的直接影響是電機耗能增加進而會損壞葉輪。

2、如果水泵在使用的過程中發(fā)生強烈的震動這時一定要停下來檢查下是什么原因，否則同樣會對水泵造成損壞。

3、當水泵底閥漏水時，有些人會用干土填入到水泵進口管里，用水沖到底閥處，這樣的做法實在不可取。因為當把干土放入到進水管里當水泵開始工作時這些干土就會進入泵內(nèi)，這時就會損壞水泵葉輪和軸承，這樣做縮短了水泵使用壽命。自吸泵與普通離心泵相比，具有結構緊湊、使用操作簡單，不但省去了起動前灌大量引水的麻煩，也省去了進水管低閥，減少了進水阻力，增加泵的出水量，但與同規(guī)格的普通離心泵的效率相比要低3%～5%。當?shù)组y漏水時一定要拿去維修，如果很嚴重那就需要更換新的。
