硬質(zhì)合金軋輥是在硬質(zhì)合金刀具的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來的,硬質(zhì)合金是采用堅硬的碳化鎢顆粒硬質(zhì)相與鎳、鈷等黏結(jié)相金屬燒結(jié)而成。由于軋制過程是連續(xù)的過程,因此操作人員需要不斷檢測軋輥狀況,使生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品滿足用戶對更嚴(yán)格的公差和表面質(zhì)量的要求。硬質(zhì)合金的性能取決于碳化鎢顆粒尺寸的大小和黏結(jié)相金屬含量的多少,當(dāng)黏結(jié)相金屬中含有一定量的鎳和鉻時,不僅會大大提高軋輥的抗熱疲勞性能。
Cemented carbide rolls are developed on the basis of cemented carbide tools. Cemented carbide is made of hard tungsten carbide particles and hard phase sintered together with nickel and cobalt bonded phases. The properties of cemented carbide depend on the size of tungsten carbide particle and the content of bonding phase metal. When the amount of nickel and chromium in the bonding phase contains metal, it will not only greatly improve the thermal fatigue resistance of the roller.

(2)在堆焊時,為了防止裂紋的產(chǎn)生,必須先加工軋輥輥身預(yù)熱,預(yù)熱溫度根據(jù)軋輥輥及堆焊材料而定。
