軋制技術(shù)的有關(guān)問(wèn)題:

般在板邊緣較薄，扎或縱厚度偏差就叫做板凸度。如果板凸度足夠大，板厚偏差可以達(dá)到一定值，以至于鋼板不適用于在嚴(yán)格要求板厚精度的場(chǎng)合。當(dāng)厚度偏差增大（在板寬方向上厚度不同）導(dǎo)致在材料設(shè)計(jì)后產(chǎn)品損失中應(yīng)考慮增加板厚邊緣。

It is thinner on the edge of the plate, and the deviation of the ligation or longitudinal thickness is called the plate convexity. If the plate convexity is large enough, the thickness deviation of the plate can be reached to a certain value so that the steel plate is not suitable for the situation where the thickness of the plate is strictly required. When the thickness deviation increases (the thickness is different in the width of the plate), the thickness edge of the plate should be added to the loss of the product after the material is designed.

機(jī)架是軋鋼機(jī)的主要部件，它在軋鋼過(guò)程中承擔(dān)金屬變形給予的負(fù)荷。因此要求機(jī)架有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度，以保證設(shè)備安全和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。型鋼軋機(jī)的機(jī)架形式較多，常見(jiàn)的機(jī)架形式有開(kāi)口式機(jī)架、閉口式機(jī)架和半閉口式機(jī)架3種。

The frame is the main component of the rolling mill, which bears the load given by the metal deformation during the rolling process. There are 3 kinds of common frame forms: open frame, closed frame and half closed frame.

實(shí)現(xiàn)金屬軋制過(guò)程的設(shè)備。泛指完成軋材生產(chǎn)全過(guò)程的裝備，包括有主要設(shè)備、輔助設(shè)備、起重運(yùn)輸設(shè)備和附屬設(shè)備等。但一般所說(shuō)的軋機(jī)往往僅指主要設(shè)備。

在鍛造和軋制生產(chǎn)中，鋼坯一般在完全燃燒火焰的氧化氣氛中加熱。采用不完全燃燒的還原性火焰（即“自身保護(hù)氣氛”）來(lái)直接加熱金屬，可以達(dá)到無(wú)氧化或少氧化的目的。這種加熱方式稱為明火式或敞焰式無(wú)氧化加熱，成功地應(yīng)用于轉(zhuǎn)底式加熱爐和室式加熱爐。

In forging and rolling production, billets are usually heated in the combustion atmosphere of complete combustion flame. The direct combustion of metal can be achieved by the incomplete combustion of reduced flame (i.e., the "self protective atmosphere"), which can achieve the  of no oxidation or less oxidation. This heating method is called open flame or open flame oxidation free heating, which has been successfully applied to rotary hearth furnace and chamber heating furnace.
