    該機(jī)變頻調(diào)速進(jìn)料適用于不同尺寸和厚度的平板石材直邊和45度負(fù)角磨削，磨邊機(jī)，粗精磨拋光一次完成。拋光后的平面接近于石材母體的光潔程度，全自動數(shù)控磨邊機(jī)，調(diào)整不同加工厚度時，可參考前梁上數(shù)顯表進(jìn)行調(diào)整，具有結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)，操作方便，同一厚度可連續(xù)工等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是石材深加工必備的加工設(shè)備。

③磨邊、倒角：用硬質(zhì)金剛石水磨片，先50#，后150#，再300#；拋光時，開始用500#的水磨片，然后依次使用800#、1000#、1500#、2000#的水磨片進(jìn)行拋光。注意金剛石水磨片必須用硬質(zhì)的，一定要跟供應(yīng)商強(qiáng)調(diào)。水磨片的大小有3吋或4吋之分，可根據(jù)使用需求而定。

④膠水使用：膠水使用前必須先將膠水充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆?。膠水固化劑與普通人造石固化劑一樣，其添加量與溫度的關(guān)系如下：

⑴當(dāng)溫度在10℃以下時，固化劑添加量為膠水的1.5-2%；

⑵當(dāng)溫度在10℃--20℃時，固化劑添加量為膠水的1%；

⑶當(dāng)溫度在20℃--30℃時，固化劑添加量為膠水的0.5-0.8%；

⑷當(dāng)溫度在30℃以上時，固化劑添加量為膠水的0.5%。

    異形石材磨邊拋光機(jī)的主要功能：可加工圓弧邊、鴨嘴邊，法國邊，各種造型窗臺邊、樓梯子（磨邊拋光和開防滑槽一起同加工）等各種工藝。
