（一）試車：

 水泵在安裝完畢后，必須試車，其目的：

1、

使各種配合部分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)。

2、

檢查和消除安裝中的毛病。

3、

檢查水泵的轉(zhuǎn)向是否符合要求

 2、轉(zhuǎn)速過低

 3、輸水高度過高

 4、泵蓋及葉輪磨損間隙過大

 5、填料進(jìn)氣

 6、馬力不足

 7、進(jìn)水管口插入水中深度不夠

 1、清除水草雜物

 2、調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)

 3、降低輸水高度

 4、用紙墊調(diào)整間隙至正常

 5、壓緊或更換填料

 6、加大馬力

 7、增加插入水中深度至一米左右
