Maintenance

    1、經(jīng)常檢查軸承溫度，軸承箱內(nèi)應(yīng)裝70%的鈣基黃油，不得過多或過少，軸承升溫一般不得比周圍超過35°C，軸承的極限溫度不得超過75°C（用手摸感到燙手），若超過應(yīng)停車檢查原因予以消除。

regularly.The bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or

too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher

than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.

 3、水泵出水量不足

 The waer yield

 of water is not enough

 1、進水管路或葉輪有水草雜物

 2、轉(zhuǎn)速過低

 3、輸水高度過高

 4、泵蓋及葉輪磨損間隙過大

 5、填料進氣

 6、馬力不足

 7、進水管口插入水中深度不夠

 1、清除水草雜物

 2、調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)

 3、降低輸水高度

 4、用紙墊調(diào)整間隙至正常

 5、壓緊或更換填料

 6、加大馬力

 7、增加插入水中深度至一米左右

離心泵

1、離心泵的工作原理

水泵開動前，先將泵和進水管灌滿水，水泵運轉(zhuǎn)后，在葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)而產(chǎn)生的離心力的作用下，葉輪流道里的水被甩向四周，壓入蝸殼，葉輪入口形成真空，水池的水在外界大氣壓力下沿吸水管被吸入補充了這個空間。繼而吸入的水又被葉輪甩出經(jīng)蝸殼而進入出水管。Thequalityoflubricatingoilisnotgoodordirty3。由此可見，若離心泵葉輪不斷旋轉(zhuǎn)，則可連續(xù)吸水、壓水，水便可源源不斷地從低處揚到高處或遠方。綜上所述，離心泵是由于在葉輪的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)所產(chǎn)生的離心力的作用下，將水提向高處的，故稱離心泵。

無法啟動

首先應(yīng)檢查電源供電情況：接頭連接是否牢靠；Underthestablewaterlevelcondition,。開關(guān)接觸是否緊密；保險絲是否熔斷；三相供電的是否缺相等。如有斷路、接觸不良、保險絲熔斷、缺相，應(yīng)查明原因并及時進行修復(fù)。其次檢查是否是水泵自身的機械故障，常見的原因有：填料太緊或葉輪與泵體之間被雜物卡住而堵塞；泵軸、軸承、減漏環(huán)銹??；泵軸嚴重彎曲等。排除方法：放松填料，疏通引水槽；拆開泵體清除雜物、除銹；拆下泵軸校正或更換新的泵軸。
