軋輥產(chǎn)生彈性壓扁時(shí)可能軋制的板厚。在一定軋機(jī)上軋制一定的產(chǎn)品時(shí)，隨著板帶的逐漸變薄，壓下越來(lái)越困難。當(dāng)板帶薄至某一限度后，不管如何旋緊壓下螺絲或加大液壓壓下的壓力，不管反復(fù)軋制多少道，由于軋輥產(chǎn)生彈性壓扁而不可能再使產(chǎn)品變薄。軋輥具有粘著力，優(yōu)異的抗壓強(qiáng)度、耐磨性和抗腐蝕性等歸納功用，選用高分子復(fù)合材料在傳動(dòng)部位磨損規(guī)范相對(duì)較小的狀況下可以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)免拆開修正。這一極限厚度稱為可軋厚度。

The smallest plate thickness may be rolled when the roll produces elastic squash. When a certain product is rolled on a certain rolling mill, with the gradual thinning of the strip, it is becoming more and more difficult to press down. When the strip is thin to a certain limit, no matter how to tighten down the screw or increase the pressure of hydraulic pressure, no matter how many rolls are repeatedly rolled, it is  for the product to become thin due to the elastic flattening of the roll. This limit thickness is called the minimum rolling thickness.

(1)軟輥；肖氏硬度約為30一40，用于開坯機(jī)、大型型鋼軋機(jī)的租軋機(jī)等。

(2)半硬輥：肖氏硬度約為40一60，用于大型、中型、小型型鋼軋機(jī)和鋼板輪機(jī)的租軋機(jī)。

(3)硬面輥：肖氏硬度約為60一85，用于薄板、中板、中型型鋼和小型型鋼軋機(jī)的稿軋機(jī)及四輥軋機(jī)的支撐輥。

(4)特硬輥le氏硬度約為85—100，用于冷軋機(jī)。

(1) soft roll; the hardness of Shaw is about 30 40. It is used for the renting rolling mill of the billet machine and the large steel mill.

(2) semi hard roll: the hardness of the Shaw is about 40 to 60. It is used for the renting rolling mill of large, medium, small type steel mill and steel plate turbine.

(3) hard roll: Shore hardness of about 60 to 85, for supporting roller mill release sheet, plate, medium and small steel mill and four roller mill.

(4) the hardness of the hard roll Le is about 85 - 100 for cold rolling mill.

軋輥的品種和制造工藝隨冶金技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和軋鋼設(shè)備的演變而不斷發(fā)展。中世紀(jì)軋制軟的有色金屬時(shí)使用強(qiáng)度低的灰鑄鐵軋輥。18世紀(jì)中葉英國(guó)掌握了軋制鋼板用的冷硬鑄鐵軋輥的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)。

The variety and manufacturing process of roll have been developed with the progress of metallurgical technology and the evolution of steel rolling equipment. The use of low strength gray iron rolls in the Middle Ages when rolling soft nonferrous metals. In the middle of the eighteenth Century, Britain mastered the production technology of cold cast iron rolls used for rolling steel plates.

軋輥中大量使用合金元素是在第二次以后，這是軋鋼設(shè)備朝著大型化、連續(xù)化、高速化、自動(dòng)化發(fā)展以及軋材強(qiáng)度提高、變形抗力加大后對(duì)軋輥性能提出更高要求的結(jié)果。

A large number of alloying elements in the rolls are produced after the Second World War.the result of rolling mill's large performance, continuous, high-speed and automatic development, as well as the increase of rolling strength and resistance to deformation.
