軋機(jī)前后有對(duì)中導(dǎo)衛(wèi)的升降輥道，可保證軋件正確進(jìn)入軋機(jī)。三架軋機(jī)的輥系和軸承座同步更換，更換平臺(tái)在軋線外側(cè)，換輥時(shí)間長只用20min。當(dāng)厚度偏差增大（在板寬方向上厚度不同）導(dǎo)致在材料設(shè)計(jì)后產(chǎn)品損失中應(yīng)考慮增加板厚邊緣。傳動(dòng)側(cè)的牌坊，通過液壓方式，由張力螺桿鎖定，操作側(cè)的牌坊為“可拉出”式，軋件導(dǎo)衛(wèi)固定在水平軋機(jī)的軸承座上。
