The connection between the reducer and the working machine: the reducer is directly installed on the main shaft of the machine, when the reducer operates, the torque acting on the gearbox body is installed on the reverse torque support on the reduction box body or by other methods to balance. The machine is directly matched and the other end is connected with the fixed support.

Reducing the gear transmission noise of the reducer has become  research topic in the industry. Many scholars both at home and abroad regard the change of gear tooth meshing stiffness as the main factor of gear dynamic load, vibration and noise. The method of modification is used to minimize the dynamic load and speed fluctuation in order to reduce noise. This method is proved to be a more effective method in practice.

減速機(jī)動力源運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度 根據(jù)在不同轉(zhuǎn)速條件下對減速機(jī)的試驗(yàn)表明，隨著減速機(jī)輸入轉(zhuǎn)速的增加，噪聲也將增大。 

The experimental study on the structural form of the reducer box shows that the cylindrical box is advantageous to vibration reduction. Under the same other conditi, the noise level of the cylindrical box is 5 dB lower than that of other types of box on average.
